1. Return Window

You can initiate a return within 7 days from the date of delivery. The return window begins on the day your order is delivered to the shipping address.

Returns requested after the 7-day window will not be accepted. Please ensure you inspect your order upon delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the following conditions are met:

• The product is unused and in its original packaging
• All accessories, tags, and manuals are included
• The product is in the same condition as delivered
• A valid proof of purchase (order invoice) is provided
• The return is initiated within the 7-day return window

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products with visible signs of usage or damage caused by the customer
• Opened or used hygiene/personal care items (e.g., Nail Art Pens if seal is broken)
• Customized or personalized products
• Products damaged due to improper handling or misuse
• Products that have been washed, altered, or modified in any way

4. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund. The refund process works as follows:

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase
• For COD orders, refund will be transferred to your bank account (bank details required)
• You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed
• Refunds may take 3–7 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Refund Timeline

Refund processing usually takes 3–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. The timeline includes:

• 1–2 business days: Return received and inspected
• 1–2 business days: Refund initiated
• 3–5 business days: Refund reflected in your account (varies by bank)

You will receive email notifications at each stage of the refund process.

6. How to Initiate a Return

Follow these simple steps to initiate a return:

1. Visit your account → My Orders
2. Select the order and click "Request Return"
3. Fill in the reason for return
4. Pack the product securely in its original packaging
5. Ship it back to us using the provided return label (if applicable)

7. Return Shipping Charges

Return shipping charges depend on the reason for return:

• Free return shipping if the return is due to manufacturing defect or wrong item delivered
• Customer responsible for return shipping charges in case of change of mind
• The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount if a prepaid label is provided
• For exchanges, return shipping is free, and the replacement item will be shipped at no extra cost

8. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for size or color variations when available. Here's how exchanges work:

• Exchanges are processed only if the requested size or color is in stock
• You must initiate the exchange within the 7-day return window
• The product must be unused and in original condition
• Return shipping for exchanges is free for customers
• The replacement item will be shipped once the returned item is received and inspected
• For exchanges involving a price difference, you will be charged or refunded accordingly

9. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please report it within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

• We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost
• Return shipping will be arranged and covered by us
• Please keep the original packaging for inspection purposes
• Contact our support team immediately with your order number and photos of the damage
