1. Shipping Areas
We currently ship to all addresses across India, including remote and North-East regions. Delivery is handled through our trusted logistics partners.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working on expanding our reach globally.
2. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- During high-volume periods (festive seasons, product launches), processing may take 3–4 business days
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipping
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
We offer transparent and competitive shipping rates based on your order value and location.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier partner schedules, weather conditions, or public holidays.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can track your order status from the "My Orders" section in your account dashboard.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after shipment
- You will receive notifications at key milestones: shipped, out for delivery, and delivered
- For any tracking issues, contact our support team with your order number
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make two delivery attempts before returning the package to us.
- If the delivery fails due to incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal, the order may be returned to us
- You will be responsible for reshipping charges if redelivery is requested
- Please ensure someone is available to receive the package at the provided address
6. Address Accuracy
Please ensure your delivery address is complete and accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
- Include landmark, pin code, and a valid contact number
- Double-check spelling and formatting before placing your order
- GobuyGb is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information
- If you need to change your address after placing an order, contact us immediately — changes may not be possible once the order is shipped
7. Customs & Import Duties
Currently, we only ship within India, so no customs or import duties apply to domestic orders.
If you are ordering from outside India (not available currently), please note that international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
8. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our support team.
- For domestic orders: contact us after 10 business days from the shipping date
- We will open a formal investigation with the carrier and work to locate your shipment
- For packages marked "delivered" but not received, please wait 48 hours (carrier scans can be early) and then reach out
- We will help file a claim or arrange a replacement where applicable
9. International Shipping
Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
